The Geneva School of Manhattan was founded in 1996 by two New York City educators as the only classical Christian school in the city. In a place of endless opportunities and unique pressures, our founders saw a need for a school built on time-tested foundations, both academically and spiritually. For almost thirty years Geneva School has provided an academic environment that nourishes the God-given potential in each student’s mind, soul, and heart.

We sometimes think of Geneva School as a greenhouse. From classroom lessons to museum visits and community service opportunities, we create an environment that catalyzes growth.
We believe that true and lasting growth must encompass the whole person. Our integrated approach seeks to help students grow and flourish in all areas of life.
We believe students succeed when their school and parents are working toward the same goals. Geneva School parents affirm our Christian values and are in regular communication with faculty.
By rooting our students in timeless principles, we nurture academic growth and lifelong fruitfulness.
